JSC Group was contracted to refurbish exterior sections of the Kippax shopping centre, improving pedestrian safety and accessibility through flexible pavement, raised crossings, and upgraded lighting. Enhanced infrastructure, including storm water and water mains, alongside asbestos removal, ensured a safe and sustainable environment.
